01. The Challenge
The Sheriff's Office needed a modern public website with current inmate information — without manual data entry, overnight lag, or stale rosters — and a way for non-technical staff to keep the site updated themselves.
02. Our Solution
Built a Next.js website with a custom integration that polls the office's Spillman Jail Management System (Motorola Solutions) every five minutes — parsing multi-charge bookings, normalizing every field, and publishing to the public roster and site-wide search. A custom CMS lets the Sheriff and staff manage the site with an on-premises AI assistant as co-pilot.
