A 50+ year auction, real estate, and property management company needed software that handles real auction complexity — multi-tract land auctions, combination events, and timed online lots — which off-the-shelf auction platforms cannot model, plus a modern website to match.
02. Our Solution
Built an all-new website — live on Vercel — alongside a custom auction platform: a timed online auction engine with hidden max bids, per-lot soft close, increments, reserves, and buyer premium, plus CRM, CMS, marketing, project management, and property management in one system.
